5 Tips To Lose Stomach Fat is a complete guide on how to get flat abs by fitness expert and young veteran, Caleb Lee. Notice I said young. Caleb may only be in his 20’s but he is one of those guys who have been COMPLETELY obsessed with everything to do    with the body since age 12.

The 5 Tips To Lose Stomach Fat guide itself includes several unorthodox ways to lose fat and get flat abs.  These are NOT conventional methods by any means but Caleb provides a legitimate explanation and justifies every method he teaches quite well.

This is exactly how the ‘Double Your Gain 3-5’ program works:

Caleb gives you a list of simple exercises and if you recall earlier I mentioned him using bodyweight type of exercises. Not aerobic or cardio (which I’m personally not fond of anyway). He then categorizes them into what he calls either a pull move, push move or squat move.

The simple rules (and why it’s called Double Your Gain 3-5) are to do 3-5 exercises, 3-5 sets of them, each with 3-5 reps and get 3-5 minutes of rest.

Caleb’s instructions are very easy to follow as he’s guide is very straightforward (no mumbo jumbo in between).  More importantly, he gives an explanation behind each method he teaches. Caleb’s tips seem like a ‘fool proof’ technique. This is one of the many techniques Caleb teaches in 5 Tips To Lose Stomach Fat.

 

The UGLY things about Caleb Lee’s 5 Tips To Lose Stomach Fat

Just like everything else in life, nothing is perfect, and with every product and book I’ve reviewed in my past there are sure to be some down side to them.

  • Caleb’s methods are NOT your typical methods on how to lose stomach fat and get flat abs. I can see many becoming a little besieged and overwhelmed with some things Caleb suggests you should do to lose belly fat.
  • You will need to understand that you will lose total body fat and not just belly fat. People who are NOT seeking total fat loss as well will be turned off by this idea.
  • If you’re a woman, you might be slightly snubbed by his writing style. In his book, although all his tips are applicable to both men AND women, Caleb talks like a man and writes like he’s writing to another man.

And the GOOD things about 5 Tips To Lose Stomach Fat?

  • Caleb is very straightforward and his experience as a health and fitness counsellor really is evident in his material.
  • The name of the book really does no justice to its content. Caleb over delivers in his book. You get more than just 5 tips in this book. And if a book isn’t enough for you, he also includes videos to further clarify his techniques (very handy for people who like more practical stuff).
  • This guide will apply to ANYONE. It’s the most versatile fat loss books I’ve read in a long time. Your age, gender or current weight, will not matter. You’ll find that you’ll still be able to take something away to help you lose that stomach fat (of course, before embarking on any new fitness program you may want to consult your GP first).
  • With the bonuses that you get with the book, you know just how much Caleb truly has your interest at heart and that he sincerely wants every success for you.
  • It’s completely different from ANYTHING I have ever read in this field. At such a young-ish age, Caleb really shines through and almost outranks the top fitness experts out there. His unorthodox methods are very different yet backed with valid reasoning. This truly separates him from the mob.

Although called 5 Tips To Lose Stomach Fat, it is packed with exceptional methods, tips and advice on exercises and ways to lose stomach fat and get flat abs. In fact, I rave about his methods to my friends (they must be sick of hearing it from me by now). Among the other ‘flat abs’ books I’ve read (and I’ve read over 15 books in the past few months!), I still refer to his book the most.

So, if you’re seeking to burn belly fat and the exact ways to lose it then I definitely feel you should pick up Caleb’s guide and read it from start to finish! It will be the only reference you need. You won’t be sorry!

The Plank – The Best Exercise to Shrink Your Waist

The Plank, by far, is the most effective ab exercise I used to help me lose belly fat and get flat abs (stomach vacuum is my number 1 but I hardly call that exercise). Not only did it strengthen my stomach muscles, but it also worked all the core muscles in my body. It took me some time to master though (gives you an idea how weak I was then).

My answer to fast, flat, toned abs is to include the plank in your ‘exercises to lose belly fat’ routine. If you’ve no idea what planks are then Google (or Bing, I’m not biased) it. You’ll also find the right ways to do them.

Ironically, full body exercises such as squats, cleans, lunges, push-ups, pull-ups & step-ups should make up the majority of your workout routine and are really going to be the best exercises to lose belly fat and get flat abs. Not ab crunches, sit-ups or leg lifts. Who likes them anyway?

After having my two beautiful boys, my stomach muscles weakened substantially. So much so that people thought I was expecting another family member soon. At first I thought nothing of it but then I started to question if my stomach was really that big and fat. Of course, my husband would always say I looked good to him anyway. This just pointed out even more to me that it’s true, because what he actually meant was ‘yes… my belly was indeed big’ and the ‘but I love you anyway’ was just to keep me from getting upset. Upset I was. I had a big, fat, drooping belly.

Way too many people sadly avoid this element of the fat loss equation and it’s really relatively easy fat burning. Remember, in this world, there aren’t any shortcuts to success, and the same holds true for losing stomach fat fast. The best exercises to burn belly fat are usually the ones that involve full body movements. They’ll not only burn fat but also give you more lean muscle. And we all know that lean muscle burns more fat as well, so the more the merrier.

First off, you can’t have chiselled abs with just ab exercises. You have to burn the belly fat before you can see your abs and the top 3 ways to lose stomach fat are:

  • Eat less -  lower your calorie intake
  • Strength Training

Even when I’m by myself and I did this sub-consciously most of the time. After I got married and especially after  my first baby, I got lazy. Okay, lazy is a bit harsh. Let’s just say I got more relaxed about my body. Unconsciously, I stopped ‘vacuuming’ my stomach… and you guessed it. My belly started sticking out more.

Anyway, my point is, sucking in your tummy really does wonders in getting flat abs and better still this is without diet or exercise. All you have to do is use your ab muscles to hold in your stomach as deeply as possible. Do this consistently and you’ll see result in just a couple of weeks.

A Useful Article About Committing To Losing Fat – Inspired by Caleb Lee

My aim was to create a Caleb Lee’s 5 Tips To Lose Stomach Fat Review and after reading the actual guide through I found some other interesting things. Anyone knows that the fastest way to lose stomach fat, you need to adjust your food intake and increase your physical activity. The most common reason why people fail to lose weight & keep it off is because they lack commitment (just like I was).

Let’s face it. Many people think they already know what works for them and how to burn belly fat fast. When confronted with different ways to lose stomach fat they become skeptic. They think “It won’t work for me…I’m different”. The truth is, they are afraid to commit…afraid of challenge. So they stay fat (mind my straightforwardness).

The first step to commit is always the hardest. Saying you’ll start tomorrow will not get you any closer to losing that first pound. You have to start NOW. Even if it’s just baby steps, you’ll still make progress….slow but steady progress. Plus slow and steady in weight loss guarantees permanent results anyway.
